B.Voc in Information technology (IT) is the use of any computers, storage, networking and other physical devices, infrastructure and processes to create, process, store, secure and exchange all forms of electronic data. Typically, IT is used in the context of business operations, as opposed to technology used for personal or entertainment purposes. The commercial use of IT encompasses both computer technology and telecommunications.

Anticipated volume of training/learning required to complete the qualification

The duration of the B. Voc Information Technology shall be three years consisting of six semesters.

The duration of each semester shall be five months inclusive of the days of examinations. There shall be at least 90 working days in a semester and a minimum of 540 hours of instruction in a semester.
